What sells

Alligator is the conversation starter. It's the flavor customers pick up to dare a friend, and it's the one our retailers name most often as their top seller. Cajun and BBQ move fastest.

Venison and elk are the repeat purchases. Customers who hunt buy these, and they come back. Peppered is the steadiest performer in both.

Buffalo converts beef-stick customers. It's the smallest step away from what they already buy, so it's the easiest upsell at the register.

Smoked ropes (12 oz) sit differently — cutting board rather than counter impulse. Good for shops with a deli or cheese case.
