Every product is made at Zick’s Specialty Meats in Michigan, where they’ve been grinding, seasoning, curing, and smoking meats by hand for over 40 years. Small batches. Hardwood smoke. The same process that’s been working since 1984.
Yes. A USDA inspector is on-site every production day. All products meet HACCP standards. Animals are inspected before and after processing.

Yes. Most of our products are gluten-free. The exceptions are anything containing soy — those are not. Each product page lists allergens clearly so you can check before buying.
Beef, buffalo, venison, elk, antelope, alligator, turkey, pork, and duck. Most jerky brands stop at beef. We don’t.
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container or the fridge for maximum freshness. Cured meat doesn’t need refrigeration before opening — that’s part of the point.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Texas. Free shipping on orders over $50. Delivery time depends on your location, but most US orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
